  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ¼ cup of olive oil, 4 minced garlic cloves, the juice of 2 lemons, 2 tablespoons paprika, 1 tablespoon dried oregano, and 1 tablespoon chili flakes. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Place the whole chicken or your preferred chicken cuts into a large resealable bag or bowl. Pour the prepared marinade over the chicken.
