Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by dicing one onion and one red bell pepper. Dice the jalapeno to your heat level preference. Drain and rinse black beans and red beans.
  2. In your crockpot, pour in olive oil. Add diced onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, and corn. Stir in salsa and tomato sauce, followed by spices. Mix everything together.
  3. Pour in vegetable broth and gently fold in black and red beans. Ensure that each ingredient is submerged in the liquid.
  4. Cover and set your cooker to HIGH for 4-6 hours or LOW for 7-8 hours.
  5. After cooking, add cream cheese and stir until melted and blended.
