Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Piña Colada Italian Ice Pops
  1. Begin by dicing the fresh, ripe pineapple into small chunks and set them aside.
  2. In a blender, combine the remaining pineapple, coconut milk, coconut cream, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest. Blend until smooth.
  3. Spoon the reserved pineapple chunks into each ice pop sleeve, filling them about one-fourth full.
  4. Carefully fill the ice pop sleeves with the blended mixture, leaving about ½ inch of space at the top.
  5. Seal the ice pop sleeves tightly and lay them flat on a baking sheet. Place them in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
  6. Once frozen solid, remove the pops from the freezer and run warm water over the sleeves to release.
