  4. Sprinkle grated cheddar over the filled skins, ensuring even coverage.
  5. Bake filled potato skins at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Drizzle cranberry sauce over the skins and top with sliced chives. Serve hot.
