Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. In a separate bowl, mash the banana, add nut butter, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
  4. Pour the wet ingredient mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet and flatten each scoop slightly.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
