  • 1 medium Ripe Mango at peak ripeness
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 medium Jalapeño seeds and membranes removed for less heat
  • 1/2 medium Red Onion
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro omit if not a fan
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste

Preparation Steps
  1. Peel and chop fresh pineapple and ripe mango into uniform 1/4 inch pieces.
  2. Rinse and dice red bell pepper, jalapeño, and red onion, keeping pieces similar in size.
  3. Wash the cilantro and chop finely if using.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine all chopped ingredients evenly.
  5. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and add a pinch of salt, then stir gently.
  6. Gently toss the salsa mixture to combine flavors without bruising the fruits.
