  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Substitute with half-and-half or coconut cream for lighter take.
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed is recommended.

  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley Basil can be used as an alternative.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the linguettine for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in white wine to deglaze the pan and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Gently stir in crab meat and cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  5. Add heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Toss the linguettine in the sauce, adding reserved pasta water for desired consistency.
  7. Squeeze lemon juice over the pasta and toss gently before serving.
  8. Plate the pasta, garnish with parsley, and serve with a side of salad or garlic bread.
