- Preheat your oven to 400°F (or air fryer at 380°F) to cook the meatballs.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and form into meatballs.

- In a bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, brown sugar, chicken broth, ketchup, tomato paste, pineapple juice, and cornstarch to make the sauce.
