  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika or regular paprika
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest or lime zest
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil for grilling
For the Creamy Avocado Sauce
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro for sauce
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic for sauce

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Finely chop salmon fillet or pulse in food processor. Combine salmon with parsley, cilantro, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, paprika, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Roll mixture into balls about 2 inches in diameter, yielding 12-14 salmon balls. Set aside.
  3. Heat skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Cook salmon balls for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden-brown and cooked through.
  4. In a food processor, blend avocado, cilantro, yogurt, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Serve grilled salmon balls on a platter, drizzled with avocado sauce or served on the side. Garnish with additional cilantro.
