Cooking Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion until translucent, then add garlic for another 30 seconds.
- In a bowl, combine sautéed onion and garlic with spinach, ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into uniform patties, about ½ inch thick.
- Cook the patties in the skillet over medium-high heat, about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer cooked patties to a plate lined with paper towels. Let rest and serve warm.
