Method
 

Preparation
  1. Defrost the shrimp by soaking in cool water for 5-10 minutes, changing the water halfway.

  3. Drain and pat the shrimp dry. Optionally, remove tails.
  4. Toss the shrimp with the prepared sauce until evenly coated.
  5. Assemble the bites in soup spoons with guacamole as a base and topped with a coated shrimp.
  6. Garnish with red bell peppers and optional sprouts before serving.
