Preparation

- In a large bowl, combine fresh herbs with Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- In another bowl, mix ground turkey with the dry mixture, ensuring not to overmix.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg and mix with Worcestershire sauce, then combine with the turkey mixture.
- Wet your hands and form 1.5-inch meatballs, placing them evenly spaced on the baking sheet.
- Brush tops of meatballs with olive oil, then bake for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Prepare your favorite sauce while meatballs are baking and get your serving base ready.
- Allow the meatballs to rest for a few minutes before serving with warmed sauce.
