Step-by-Step Instructions for Hobo Casserole Ground Beef
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
- In a large skillet, heat about a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Stir in the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the onions are translucent.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish and layer thinly sliced potatoes over it.
