  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. In a large skillet, heat about a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
