  • 4 links sausage pork, turkey, or vegetarian
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk can substitute with almond or oat milk

  • 2 tablespoons butter can substitute with oil

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add your sausage links and cook for about 8-10 minutes until browned.
  2. In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. Trim the crusts off the bread and flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
  4. Place one sausage link at the end of each bread slice and roll it up tightly.
  5. Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture and coat evenly.
  6. Heat butter in a skillet and cook the roll-ups seam-side down for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Serve the roll-ups warm with maple syrup or powdered sugar on top.
