- Spray the insert of your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray and set to low.
- Place the frozen meatballs into the slow cooker, evenly distributed.
- In a separate bowl, combine the beef broth, gravy mix, onion soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce, whisk until smooth.
