Step-by-Step Instructions for Easy Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak Meatballs
  1. Spray the insert of your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray and set to low.
  2. Place the frozen meatballs into the slow cooker, evenly distributed.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the beef broth, gravy mix, onion soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce, whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and gently stir to coat, cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
  5. Mix cornstarch with cold water in a small bowl until smooth, stir into the slow cooker to thicken the gravy.
  6. Serve the meatballs over mashed potatoes or egg noodles with chopped parsley on top.
