  • 1 small apple (e.g., Honeycrisp) diced
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds or walnuts/sunflower seeds
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (2%)
  • 1 heaping tablespoon mayo optional
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1/2 tablespoon cider vinegar

Method
 

Preparation

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayo, honey, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
