Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the romaine hearts under cold running water to remove dirt. Pat them dry gently.

  3. Zest one lemon, then cut it in half and squeeze out the juice, avoiding seeds.

  5. Pour the dressing over the chopped romaine and toss for about 30 seconds.
  6. Grate the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle it over the dressed salad. Toss gently for an additional 15 seconds.
