  • 2 pieces Persian Cucumbers or substitute with English cucumbers
  • 2 pieces Roma Tomatoes or any ripe, firm tomato
  • 1 small Red Onion for milder taste
For the Dressing
  • 5 tablespoons Lemon Juice or Persian limes
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Mint do not substitute with fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil about one to two tablespoons needed

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and dry the ingredients thoroughly. Finely chop the Persian cucumbers and red onion, then seed and chop the Roma tomatoes.
  2. In a small bowl, squeeze the juice of the Persian limes or lemon juice. Add salt, pepper, and dried mint. Whisk until combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chopped vegetables and gently toss to coat.
  4. Give the salad a final mix and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil before serving. Adjust seasoning as needed.
