  • 4 slices Cooked Bacon crispy, precooked options save time
  • 1 medium Avocado ripe, cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice or lemon juice as substitute
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin optional but recommended

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the avocado mixture by blending half a ripe avocado with lime juice and cumin until smooth. Season with salt to taste.
  2. Carefully peel and slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise, keeping the halves in pairs for easy assembly.
  3. Place a thin slice of cheddar cheese on the bottom half of each egg.
  4. Layer a half slice of cooked bacon on top of the cheese.
  5. Dollop some avocado mixture over the bacon on each slider.
  6. Gently press the top half of each egg back onto the mixture to create the sliders.
  7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving.
