  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Or use fresh minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Chili powder can add more spice if desired
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust according to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust according to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for even cooking, allowing it to run for about 5 minutes.
  2. Cut cauliflower into uniform florets, roughly the size of a golf ball, and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to mix.
  4. Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss gently until each piece is evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the mixture and toss gently again until florets are fully covered.
  6. Arrange coated florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce like ranch or spicy mayo.
