- Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with butter or cooking spray and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine sliced strawberries, brown sugar, and orange zest in a bowl and let sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Whisk together eggs, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, and heavy cream in a large bowl.
- Break conchas into large pieces and spread them in the baking dish. Spoon macerated strawberries over the conchas and pour the tres leches mixture on top. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- Remove from refrigerator, dot with butter, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 40 minutes.
