- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into four equal squares.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each pastry square, followed by a handful of mixed berries.
- Fold the corners of each pastry square toward the center and pinch to seal.
- Make an egg wash by whisking together the egg and milk. Brush over the tops of the pastries.
- Bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
