  • 1 large Onion (diced) shallots can be an alternative
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 medium Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks fresh or canned

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F or air fryer to 380°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and form into meatballs.
  3. Place the formed meatballs in the air fryer or on a baking sheet. Cook for 10 minutes in the air fryer or bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven.
  4. While cooking, whisk together the sauce ingredients in a medium bowl until smooth.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté diced onion and bell peppers for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Pour the sauce into the skillet, cooking until it thickens (about 3-4 minutes).
  7. Add the meatballs and pineapple to the skillet, stirring to coat. Cook for an additional 2 minutes over low heat.
  8. Serve immediately over fluffy white rice or noodles.
