Cookie Preparation
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, nut butter, honey, and cocoa powder until well blended.
- Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to portion the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each portion of dough to about 1/2 inch thick using the back of a fork.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow cookies to firm up.
