- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients while the oven warms up.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine black beans, cooked chicken, ground cumin, cream of chicken soup, Rotel tomatoes, shredded Jack cheese, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomato, and half of the chopped cilantro. Mix thoroughly for about 2-3 minutes.
- Spread half of the crushed tortilla chips evenly across the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Pour the chicken mixture over the tortilla chips and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle the remaining crushed tortilla chips over the chicken mixture.
- Generously sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chips.
