Cooking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef for 5-7 minutes until browned and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
- Season cooked beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Roll out each biscuit dough to about 1/4 inch thick. Place around 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each round.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the beef filling and seal them securely. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Whisk together melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the mixture over the top of each bomb.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the tops of the bombs.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until puffed up and golden brown. Monitor closely for perfect color.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
