Watermelon Layer Preparation
- Cut the watermelon into chunks and blend until smooth to create about 2 cups of watermelon puree.
Popsicle Assembly
- Fill popsicle molds three-quarters full with the watermelon puree and freeze for 30 minutes.
Kiwi Layer Preparation
- Blend the kiwi until smooth to create about 1 cup of kiwi puree. Mix in honey if desired.
Final Freezing
- Pour the kiwi puree over the watermelon layer and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
Popsicle Removal
- Soak the molds in hot water for 5 seconds and gently pull out the popsicles.
