- Start by cooking your shrimp in a skillet over medium heat until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. While the shrimp cool, chop your vegetables.
- Fill a shallow dish with warm water and dip one rice paper sheet in the water for 5-7 seconds. Remove and place it on a clean, damp surface.
- Lay the softened rice paper on your working surface and layer a few pieces of shrimp, a small portion of rice vermicelli, and fresh herbs. Top with chopped veggies.
