  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs can use panko
  • 1 large Egg beaten

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the shrimp by cooking in boiling water for about 3-5 minutes until pink and opaque, then chop finely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, mashed potatoes, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Shape the mixture into small cylinders or balls about the size of a golf ball. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Coat the croquettes by dipping in beaten egg and rolling in breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet and fry croquettes for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer fried croquettes to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil and serve warm.
