- Prepare the shrimp by cooking in boiling water for about 3-5 minutes until pink and opaque, then chop finely.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, mashed potatoes, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Shape the mixture into small cylinders or balls about the size of a golf ball. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
