  • 1 cup Roasted Peppers finely chopped
  • 6 oz Salami finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Green Olives finely chopped
  • 2 stalks Green Onion finely minced
For the Toppings
  • 1/2 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes oil-packed
  • 1/4 cup Parsley or Chives for garnish
For Serving
  • 1 box Crackers sturdy varieties

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare a standard loaf pan by spraying with cooking oil and lining with cling wrap.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Add the herbs, spices, and grated cheese to the mixture, mixing until well integrated.
  4. Gently fold in chopped roasted peppers, salami, green olives, and green onion.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan and level the top, ensuring it is tightly packed.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  7. Once set, turn out onto a platter and garnish with sun-dried tomatoes and parsley.
  8. Serve at room temperature with sturdy crackers.
