  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce or Tamari Use tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard Acts as an emulsifier
For Garnishing
  • to taste Fresh Parsley Optional but adds freshness

Preparation Steps

  3. In a small bowl, melt the unsalted butter and mix with honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and generously coat with the glaze.
  5. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Broil for 1-2 minutes for added crispiness, watching closely to prevent burning.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon slices.
