- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) with the oven rack in the middle.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parsley, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch meatballs, making about 18 to 24 meatballs.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the meatballs on the tray, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes.

- In a separate bowl, mix halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, sliced red onion, and pitted Kalamata olives.
