Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Begin by patting each salmon filet dry with a paper towel and season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Cook the salmon filets skin-side up for about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Flip the salmon and cook for another 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Remove the salmon and keep warm. In the same pan, reduce heat and melt the butter, then add minced garlic and sauté for about 3 minutes.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth, scrape the bottom of the pan, and let simmer for about 4 minutes.
  6. Lower heat, stir in heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper. Add grated Parmesan and stir until melted.
  7. Return the salmon to the pan, squeeze lemon juice over the top, and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
