  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Salt adjust to taste

  • 1 large Avocado ripe
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 clove Extra Garlic minced

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Scoop portions of the mixture and roll them into golf ball-sized meatballs. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes until firm and golden brown.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, blend the avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and extra garlic until smooth.
  6. Serve the meatballs warm with the creamy avocado sauce.
