Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  3. Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Grease silicone molds and fill each about three-quarters full with the egg mixture.
  5. Air fry the egg bites at 270°F (130°C) for 15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the egg bites cool for a few minutes before carefully removing them from the molds.
  7. Serve warm or store in an airtight container for later.
