  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour can substitute with chickpea flour for gluten-free
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond or Soy Milk use any plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup Water omit if using a thicker milk
  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs use gluten-free breadcrumbs for gluten-free
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder fresh minced garlic can be used
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Powder smoked paprika can be used for a deeper taste
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce or Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce adjust spice with sriracha if desired

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Plant-Based Yogurt cashew cream works for a richer flavor
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic for a stronger garlic flavor

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, unsweetened almond or soy milk, and water. Add in garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, whisking until smooth.
  3. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Coat each floret with the batter and roll in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Spread the coated florets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Once golden, remove and dip each floret in BBQ sauce or Frank's sauce for flavor.
  6. Return the sauced cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, prepare your garlic yogurt sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients until creamy.
  8. Assemble the tacos with the crispy cauliflower and toppings, drizzle with garlic yogurt sauce, and enjoy!
