  1. Begin by placing boneless chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap. Gently pound them to an even thickness of ¼ to ½ inch and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Create a breading station using three shallow bowls: one with all-purpose flour, one with beaten eggs, and the last with Panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge each seasoned chicken breast in the flour, dip into the beaten eggs, and press into the Panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or butter. Fry the breaded chicken pieces for about 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
