  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard or Cayenne Optional
For the Crispiness
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can substitute with Irish butter
  • 2 tablespoons Irish Butter

Preparation
  1. Marinate the chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight. Pat dry before coating.

  3. Combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the chicken thighs thoroughly.
  4. Arrange chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until the skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley or chives if desired.
