For the Finish
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated; can swap with nutritional yeast for vegan

Preparation Steps

  3. Spread the sweet potato cubes on the baking sheet in a single layer, leaving space between each piece.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even crisping.
  5. While baking, melt unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat and stir in the fresh herbs.
  6. Once the sweet potatoes are golden and crispy, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over them.
  7. Drizzle the herb butter over the sweet potato bites and toss gently to coat.
  8. Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
