- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and lay them skin-side up on a plate.
- Place the dried chicken thighs on the baking sheet and drizzle olive oil over each thigh. Rub the oil all over the chicken.
- In a small bowl, mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes until the skin is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
