- In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup creamy peanut butter, 1 cup coconut milk, 2 cloves minced garlic, and 1/4 cup water. Set the stove to low heat and stir frequently for about 3–4 minutes until smooth.
- Add 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon curry powder. Cook on low for another 2–3 minutes.
- Taste and add kosher salt if desired. Remove from heat and let it cool or use immediately.
