Preparation Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups of full-fat Greek yogurt, 1 cup of heavy cream, and 1 cup of whole milk. Whisk until smooth and well incorporated.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of honey until completely dissolved.
- Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, stirring well.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour.
- Pour the chilled mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Transfer the churned ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy, optionally topping with fruits, honey, or nuts.
