Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500°F (200°C) and prepare your lobster tails by rinsing them under cold water.
- Using kitchen scissors, cut down the center of the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping just before the end.
- Gently pull the lobster meat away from the shell, keeping it attached at the base, and lay it on top of the shell.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until blended.
- Brush each lobster tail generously with the garlic butter mixture, reserving some for dipping later.
- Place the brushed lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 6-8 minutes until the meat is opaque and firm.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with reserved garlic butter sauce, garnishing with additional chopped parsley.

Notes
For a dairy-free option, substitute ghee for the unsalted butter. Adjust the spice level of pepper flakes to your preference. Always store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
