Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 500°F (200°C). Gather your kitchen utensils: a baking sheet, kitchen scissors, and a mixing bowl.
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut open the top shell of the lobster tails down to the last segment. Carefully pull the lobster meat out and lay it on top.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Stir thoroughly.
  4. Generously brush the garlic butter sauce over the exposed lobster meat.
  5. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 6-8 minutes until the lobster meat turns opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 140°F-145°F.
  6. Remove the lobster tails from the oven, serve them on a plate, and garnish with chopped parsley or lemon wedges.
