Preparation
  1. Gather all the ingredients including cranberry juice, fresh orange juice, prosecco, and simple syrup.
  2. Combine 2 cups of cranberry juice and 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice in a pitcher.
  3. Stir gently until the juices are blended together.
  4. Add 1/4 cup of simple syrup, mix well and adjust to taste.
  5. Chill the prosecco for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Once chilled, add the prosecco gradually to the juice mixture.
