Cooking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Carefully cut a pocket into the side of each salmon fillet. Season with salt and black pepper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together lump crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, and minced parsley. Season to taste.
- Stuff each salmon pocket with the prepared filling, securing with toothpicks if needed.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear each side of the stuffed salmon for 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
- Let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes, then serve with lemon wedges.
