- In a large bowl, add one can of rinsed black beans and one can of drained corn. Stir gently.
- Fold in halved cherry tomatoes, chopped red bell pepper, finely chopped red onion, and diced avocado.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture and mix gently.
- Drizzle BBQ sauce and ranch dressing, along with freshly squeezed lime juice, over the salad.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper generously and toss gently.
- Let your Cowboy Salad sit for about 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
