For Cooking

Method
 

Directions
  1. Heat cooking oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped Thai chili peppers. Sauté for 3–5 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  2. Add cleaned shrimp to the pot, cooking for 2–3 minutes until bright orange and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, add cut crab and sauté for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour in water and add Knorr chicken cube, stirring until dissolved. Cover and bring to a gentle boil for about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in tomato paste and banana ketchup, mixing thoroughly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes over medium heat.
  6. Return the cooked shrimp to the pot, followed by cut green onions. Cover and let simmer for 1–2 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in a beaten egg to enrich sauce.
  8. Prepare a slurry with cornstarch and water. Add to the pot, stirring until sauce thickens, about 2–3 minutes.
  9. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve hot.
