Method
 

Step‑by‑Step
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice off the top quarter of each bread roll and hollow out the inside.
  3. Layer deli ham at the bottom of each bread bowl.
  4. Add a handful of baby spinach followed by half of the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Crack an egg into each bread bowl and sprinkle with sea salt.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-30 minutes until egg whites are set and yolks are your desired firmness.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
