Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until golden and fragrant.
  3. Stir in the chopped lobster meat and cook for 3-4 minutes until it turns opaque.
  4. Pour in the white wine to deglaze the pan and simmer for 3-5 minutes until reduced by half.
  5. Incorporate the diced tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Add the heavy cream, reduce the heat to low, and stir for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Let the sauce simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes until it thickens.
  8. Season with salt, pepper, and optional herbs before serving.
